You're Invited to Participate in NA Tiger Summer Band!

Join us this summer for a week of music, friends, and fun! NA Tiger Summer Band is the perfect opportunity for young musicians to continue growing their musical skills.

Who Can Join:

  • The NA Tiger Summer Band is open to current (2025-2026) 4th through 7th grade students who are currently enrolled in the North Allegheny Band program. Whether you’ve been playing for years or just finished your first year of band, this camp is a great way to keep your skills sharp and have fun making music with friends old and new.

What to Expect:

  • Throughout the week, students will participate in:
    • Large Group Rehearsals – Experience the excitement of performing in a full band setting.
    • Small Group Sectionals – Receive focused instruction from our team of elementary and middle school directors
    • Fun Musical Activities – Explore music games, team building activities, and more!

The week culminates with two exciting performances:

  • A community concert showcasing everything your young musicians have learned on Friday June 12th at 11 AM.
  • An unforgettable opportunity to perform the National Anthem at a Pittsburgh Pirates game on Saturday June 13th. This performance is optional as an extension of the camp experience. We will be using camp time to prepare for the event. 

Camp Dates & Details: 

  • When: Tuesday June 9-Friday June 12, 2026 from 9am to 12pm 
  • Where: Marshall Middle School 
  • Who: Current 4th–7th grade NA band students
  • Cost: $75 (includes daily snack (nut free), water and t-shirt. This does not include Pirates admission) 
  • Registration Deadline: March 30, 2026
 

Pirates Game Information:

  • When: Saturday, June 13th, 2026
    • Student Report time: 2:45pm
    • National Anthem Approximate Performance: 3:45pm
    • Game Start Time: 4:05pm
  • Where: PNC Park, Pittsburgh, Pa
  • Student Report Location: Mazeroski Way cul-de-sac next to PNC Park. See google maps location here
    • Families are responsible for transporting students to and from PNC Park.
  • Cost: $32 + fees per person
    • All students performing with the band are required to purchase a ticket through our group link.
    • Family/friends are encouraged to purchase tickets through our reserved block. 

      

There must be a parent/guardian present to join the student following the performance at either:

  • The reserved section of seats inside the park
  • Outside the park at Mazeroski Way if you and your student are not staying for the game.
