NADBP BUDGET

The NADBP maintains an annual budget in excess of $50,000.  The primary sources of revenue are from Marching Band and Indoor Percussion fees that are used to support those programs by providing funding for, among other things:

  • Music, field drill and licensing fees
  • Instrument and Equipment purchases and repairs
  • Additional instruction expenses
  • Snack and water during band camp, football games and parades
  • Marching Band Uniform maintenance
  • Senior Recognition Night expenses

Additional sources of revenue for the NADBP include fundraising, sponsorships, program advertisements and charitable donations from the community.  These additional funds help offset a variety of NADBP expenses including:

  • Insurance
  • Website and communication fees
  • Photocopies
  • Music and other purchases for classroom band ensembles outside of the school district budget
  • End of year Band Banquet for all ensembles
  • Awards and scholarships

A copy of the NADBP budget, revenue and expense report is available at each NADBP Parent meeting.  Specific financial questions may be directed to nadbp.treasurer@gmail.com.
