Fundraising for your Marching Band Fee and Spring Band Trip 


The NADBP works hard to provide a variety of fundraising opportunities to families to help offset the cost of your student's marching band fee and the cost of the Spring Band Trip. Texas Roadhouse Fundraisers: Our next trip fundraising opportunities are through sales of Texas Roadhouse $25 or $50 gift cards, new Texas Roadhouse peanut brittle, and new Texas Roadhouse honey cinnamon butter candles. You can earn 10% credit on gift cards, 50% credit on peanut brittle, and 30% credit on candles. Click Texas Roadhouse  for the order form and fundraising prize information. Every student with $25 in sales will receive a free appetizer, plus there are three sales levels for additional rewards and a top overall seller award. CLICK HERE FOR ORDER FORM.

Orders are due on Tuesday, October 31, and the delivery is Thursday, November 16.

Also, the NADBP will be having at dining fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse in McCandless Crossing all day on Monday, December 4. The NADBP will receive 10% back of our sales that day, which will be credited to our general fundraising.

Wendell August 2023 Ornaments

The Wendell August ornament fundraiser is back for 2023!  CLICK HERE for the 2023 flyer and order form.  Students will earn $7.50 in trip credit for each paw ornament; $8 in trip credit for each stocking ornament and $9 in trip credit for each accessory tray. Orders and payments are due by October 31.


NA GARDEN & HOUSE FLAG FUNDRAISER: The NADBP is selling custom North Allegheny Tigers garden and house flags. There are three garden flag designs and two house flag designs. You earn $6 in fundraising credit for each garden flag and $5 in fundraising credit for each house flag. Orders are due by August 15. The delivery date will be advised. THAT'S A WRAP PEPPERONI ROLL FUNDRAISER: That's a Wrap Pepperoni Rolls are individual-sized rolls that come in 3 great flavors - traditional pepperoni & cheese, spicy pepperoni & pepper jack cheese, and vegetarian garlic & cheese. The rolls are sold in packages of 6 rolls for $13, and you earn $6.50 in fundraising credit for each package sold (single variety in each package). Rolls are delivered fresh and may be frozen as packaged. We will be taking orders in November for an early December delivery so plan ahead if you'd like to participate in this fundraiser.



GIANT EAGLE GIFT CARD FUNDRAISING: $50 Giant Eagle gift cards may be purchased at face value from the NADBP and have a 5% rebate back to your student's band fees or trip. Gift cards may even be used to purchase gift cards for other retailers from Giant Eagle.  If you would like to purchase gift cards, please email to arrange to purchase any day after band practice.  Checks may be made payable to NADBP with your student's name in the memo line.


ARAMARK FUNDRAISING: The NADBP participates in the the Aramark Fundraising program for non-profit organizations.  Parents and students age 16 and older may sign up to work in a concession stand at Heinz Field during Steelers and Pitt football game and select other events held at Acrisure/Heinz Field.  No prior experience is required but participants age 18 and older may need to complete the Pennsylvania Responsible Alcohol Management Program ("Ramp").  Ramp training is available online.  


Aramark contributes $130 - $200 per person, per game worked to offset the student's band fees and trip costs.  Aramark fundraising opportunities are available between August and early January. Online RAMP Training:  Any Aramark participant who is 18+ must complete the PA Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) in order to participate. Ramp Training is available online for $8.95 using the link below. Please use the License ID 48228 when prompted and send a copy of your completed RAMP training certificate to

RaiseRight Fundraising Ministry (Gift Cards & eGift Cards) - Cross of Glory  Lutheran Church


RAISE RIGHT GIFT CARD FUNDRAISING:  The NADBP is offering families the opportunity to fundraise using the Raise Right gift card program.  You can purchase eGift Cards online for hundreds of different local and national vendors for use in stores and for online shopping.  Gift Cards are purchased for the face value amount and the retailer provides a percentage rebate back in fundraising credit.  This is similar to our existing Giant Eagle Gift Card Program, but all of the gift cards are eGift Cards and can be purchased before checkout at any store and used instantly.  Please CLICK HERE for additional information about the Raise Right Program and how to enroll.

Fundraising Disclaimer: All band families should be aware that any unused trip and fee fundraising credit earned through participation NADBP fundraisers cannot be refunded in cash to families due to tax regulations. Unused fundraising credit may be carried forward to future school years and may be transferred to siblings or other band students for use in future years to offset trip costs, marching band fees and/or indoor percussion fees.
