Get a Head Start on Fundraising for your Marching Band Fee and the Spring Band Trip

The NADBP is offering four fundraising opportunities that you can take advantage of starting RIGHT NOW to earn credit to offset your Marching Band Fee and the cost of the Spring Band Trip. Please read the fundraising opportunities below carefully.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Julie Greenberg at nadbp.executivevp@gmail.com.

HOAGIE SALE:  The Band is selling delicious Marianna's hoagies and pizzas from DelGrossos. Hoagies are 14" long and generously filled with fresh meats, cheese and vegetables.  There are 9 different flavors of hoagies to choose from.  These are large hoagies - one hoagie easily feeds 2 people (or 1 hungry teenager).  Pizzas are 12" diameter, ready to bake, and may be frozen.  All hoagies and pizzas are $8.50 and students earn $2 per item towards Band fees and/or the Band Trip.  Orders and payments will be collected at Band Camp from 9am - Noon on Monday, August 1 and Tuesday, August 2nd.  All checks should be made out to "NADBP" and have the band student's name in the memo line.  Late Orders will not be accepted.

Hoagies and Pizzas will be delivered on Wednesday, August 10th for pickup between 3 - 4:30pm in the NASH Cafeteria

Aramark Fundraising: The NADBP participates in the the Aramark Fundraising program for non-profit organizations.  Parents and students age 16 and older may sign up to work in a concession stand at Heinz Field during Steelers and Pitt football game and select other Heinz Field events.  No prior experience is required but participants age 18 and older may need to complete the Pennsylvania Responsible Alcohol Management Program ("Ramp").  Ramp training will be offered at NASH on Wednesday, August 3rd from 6 - 9pm.  Ramp training is also available online, but we encourage you to take advantage of the in-person opportunity.  Aramark contributes $120 - $200 per person, per game worked to offset the student's band fees and trip costs.  Aramark fundraising opportunities are available between August and early January.
