Marching Band Attendance

Attendance at Marching Band rehearsals and performances is extremely important.  When students miss practice or performances there is literally a hole in the show formation - a gap on the field where the missing student should be.  

It is imperative that both students and parents check the band calendar on the website on a regular basis as changes to practices, call times and events may occur.  Every effort will be made to notify students and parents of calendar changes by email or Remind text.

If you are going to miss a practice or a performance for any reason, you must submit an absence form to your director or coach at least one (1) week in advance of your absence.  Click HERE for the absence form or go to Forms in the main menu.  In the event of an unavoidable last minute absence please email your director or coach as soon as possible.

Students and parents are asked to print, review and sign the Marching Band Attendance Policy.  Please bring your signed Marching Band Attendance Policy to the first day of Band Camp.
