New York City Trip Payment Schedule

 

** The second trip payment of $400 is due on November 14, 2023.  

 

Trip Insurance is available for the band trip.  If you would like to purchase trip insurance you MUST COMPLETE THE PURCHASE ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 14, 2023.  Trip Insurance will not be available after that date.

 

There are two travel insurance options:

 

(1) The base travel insurance package costs $46 (Click here for policy details), or

 

(2) Upgrade your travel insurance package to allow you to cancel for any reason and receive a refund of 75% of your paid trip cost (Click here for policy details).  The cost of the upgraded travel insurance is $63.14 ($46 base insurance plus $17.14 cancel for any reason upgrade).

IMPORTANT:  WHEN COMPLETING THE TRAVEL INSURANCE FORM:

(a) Type in $1000 for the total trip cost

(b) Type in November 1, 2023 for the Date of First Trip Payment field

 


The estimate trip cost for the Marching Band's New York trip is $1000.

 

We have established a payment schedule that coincides with the NADBP's obligation to make progress payments to the travel agent.

 

October 12, 2023 -   $200 Trip Deposit

November 14, 2023 -   $400 First Payment

December 22, 2023 -   $400 Second Payment

 

 

Trip payments may be made by check payable to "NADBP" with the band student's name in the memo line.  Families may also use fundraising credit to offset band trip payments in full or in part.  If you have any questions about your fundraising total please contact Jamie Willey at nadbp.recordkeeper@gmail.com.
